  1. Q: Which browser is good for viewing your website?
    We tested Mozilla Firefox & Internet Explore, they are all good.

  2. Q: When I click on View Order nothing happens.
    A new window will pop up when you click on View Order. It might be blocked by your browser setting if you do not see it. It also possible that a popup blocking program is running on your computer. Disable it or change the setting to allow our site.

  3. Q: I submitted my order online but did not receive any email confirmation.
    You might miss entering your email or entered wrong email during submitting your project for quoting. You can check with the screen printing after you submitted your project only if you have one available.

  4. Q: I cannot find my project on your website.
    Your quote might be inactive for a long time or it might be a delivered order. Call (760) 202-3699 for inquiry.

  5. Q: I cannot log into your website.
    The login/password is case sensitive if it has any letter in there. If you did not have business with us for a long time, your account may be deactivated. Contact us to activate it if it is necessary.

  6. Q: I cannot search my project at your login page.
    The project id begins with a B followed by 7 digits like B1234567. We prefer your entering an uppercase B.

  7. Q: I a sure my login and password is correct but I still have problem in logging in
    If you have any non-alpha-numerical symbol in your business name, that could confuse our system which causes problem of logging in. Please contact us.

  8. Q: Your website did not tell me my project status.
    The status RPSCTBZ tells you your project status if you see any one of them and position your mouse pointer on each letter for awhile. Without seeing them, your project has not been designed yet. See following table for definition of status letters.
    Definition Of Order Status Letters:
     R : Products designed  P : Batched to production   S : Material pulled & in cutting 
     C : Cutting completed  T : In fabrication  B : Fabrication completed
     Z : Packaged & ready to ship     


  9. Q: I want to print my projects and orders, do you have a printer friendly page?
    A PDF format is under development.

  10. Q: Where can I search my projects?
    There are two places for project searching. One is at the lower part of the login page and the other is on the banner. Click on Search, you get it.

  11. Q: I want to submit my project for bidding, which way is the best?
    There are 3 ways to submit your project. The first one is traditional, you can walk in or send your project through mail. The second is to send email to notifications@jmwtruss.com, be sure to attach your CAD file. The third one is submitting your project at Online Bidding. Either way is good to us.

  12. Q: I tried searching my project on Order Information page but got nothing.
    The search box on this page is for searching ordered projects only. As long as you are logged in, you view all your projects immediately without searching.

  13. Q: What is the date on top of each table?
    That's today's date for your reference if your print your project or order page for bookkeeping.

  14. Q: What does null mean?
    It means that the relevant information is not available to us.
